The babassu oil, a component that completes the formulation of the "Tre Ori" line, is extracted from the fruits of a palm native to Brazil and is known for its moisturizing and nourishing properties. The presence of natural antioxidants makes it an excellent aid in countering the action of free radicals.
To enhance the already rich formulation, mandelic acid is included, loved for its purifying and anti-aging properties. The name indicates its origin: it is extracted from almonds (mandelic comes from the word mandel, which means almond in German) and has been used in cosmetics for about fifty years for the creation of exfoliating, brightening, or anti-aging face creams.
The last ingredient of the scrub is phytic acid, a natural product obtained from the processing of rice bran, from which phytic acid is derived. Its action in cosmetics is highly protective and significantly reduces discoloration, wrinkles, enlarged pores, and acne.
